PRESIDENT

Thaddeus is currently President of Wildfire Prevention Corp., and President of JDLV Properties. He has more than 30 years of experience in the restaurant industry and has served on numerous non-profit boards, helped grow Armed Forces Families Foundation into an extremely beneficial non-profit for military families, and helped found the Law Enforcement Assistance & Development (LEAD) Foundation, serving as their President.

TREASURER

Sara is currently the Business Operations Manager for JDLV Properties and has held several managerial roles over the past 25 years including Facilities Manager of Kimberly-Clark’s World Headquarters Facility. She has also held several accounting and finance-related roles and served as Senior Accountant at Lewisville Independent School District. She has owned her own business and has worked with several non-profit organizations over the past 20 years, including previously serving on the Board of Directors of Law Enforcement Assistance & Development Foundation.

SECRETARY

Kathy is a Regional Human Resources Manager for one of the largest In-home Personal Care agencies in the US. She has worked in HR for 25+ years, handling all areas of HR and Payroll and currently focuses on employee relations and manager development.

Brian is a senior executive with 25+ years of background in brand growth and development, company acquisition, and profitable P&L Management. He has also owned/operated a successful marketing agency. Mr. Horne currently serves as the Vice-President of one of Florida’s largest and most successful independent brewers.
